What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on purchases over $ 796.00 pesos (seven hundred ninety-six pesos 00/100 M.N) (does not apply to returns, exchanges or other promotions).
Those in which the amount is less than $ 796.00 pesos (seven hundred and ninety-six pesos 00/100 MN) the shipment will cost $ 90.00 pesos (ninety pesos 00/100 MN) that covers up to 25kg (twenty-five kilograms) of products, for each additional kilogram the cost is $ 4.70 pesos (four pesos 70/100 MN). All shipping costs include I.V.A.

For shipments to the US we handle a flat rate of $ 350.00 pesos (three hundred and fifty pesos 00/100 M.N).

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 5 (five) to 7 (seven) business days from when the payment is processed. Although our parcel has coverage in most parts of the country, in some cases the delivery time could be a bit longer if your town is far from the distribution points of our parcel. For shipments to the United States, the delivery time is 15 days after the order is processed.

How can I know the size of the shirts?

On the page of your selected article scroll to the bottom and click / tap where it says "size chart" next to "additional information", there will be displayed all sizes by size of each product. Keep in mind that, since it is cotton, there is a margin of 1 to 2 cm of stretch or shrinkage.

From what moment does the delivery time runs?

What if no one could receive the order?

1. If the customer is not located, the courier makes up to 3 shipments at no cost. 2. If the client decides to change the address within the same city once the order has already left, it would cost the client $ 25.00 pesos (twenty-five pesos 00/100 M.N) for that change. 3. If the client decides to change the address in another city once the order has already left, it would cost the client $ 60.00 pesos (sixty pesos 00/100 M.N) for the change. 4. If the customer wishes to make a physical change due to a change in size, product or color, an electronic guide will be sent to Redpack® to pick up the order and then bring the change to him. More than 7 (seven) days have passed and my order has not arrived

In this case we recommend checking the following:

1. Delivery date: Check the deadline for delivery of the order.

2. Address: Confirm that the information reported for delivery is correct.

3. Payment: Confirm if the order already has the payment confirmation.

4. No one was found: If the customer is not located, the courier makes up to 3 (three) shipments at no cost, if the third attempt was not found, the order returns to the distribution center and a notification is sent to the email client.

5. Rejection of order: Verify if the person who could have received the order did not reject it, if so, they return to the Distribution Center by sending an email notification to the customer.

6. I did not receive any notification about my order: In this case we recommend you contact our Customer Service team directly by email at atencion@mareblue.com.mx


7. Natural causes or force majeure: It is advisable to certify that on the dates established for the shipment, natural disasters such as rains, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc., or stoppages that prevented the arrival of the order, have not occurred. In this case we have a specialized team to clarify and solve any problem that prevents the correct delivery of the order.

Can the delivery address be changed?

You can change the delivery address before completing the order. At the time of purchase you can do it directly from your profile, entering with your username and password.

Does Mare Blue ship internationally?

The only shipments that are made at the moment are to the national territory and to the United States.
