General purchasing conditions

These general purchase conditions regulate the use of the website (hereinafter, the “e-store”) of which PLAYERAS MEXICANAS, S.A DE C.V is the owner. PLAYERAS MEXICANAS, SA DE CV is a public limited company with variable capital with registered office at Calle Punta Chahauy, Mza 7 Lt 43-02, Col. SM.24, CP 77500, Cancún, Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo (hereinafter “Mare Blue” ).

The present general conditions of purchase are applicable to all the operations of purchase and sale carried out through the e-store within the Mexican Republic.

In all purchases whose amount is greater than $ 796.00 pesos (seven hundred and ninety-six pesos 00/100 M.N) the shipping will be free for the customer (does not apply to returns or exchanges).

For those purchases whose amount is less than $ 796.00 pesos (seven hundred and ninety-six pesos 00/100 MN), the shipment will cost $ 99.00 pesos (ninety-nine pesos 00/100 MN) that covers up to 25kg (twenty-five kilograms) of products, for each additional kilogram the cost is $ 4.70 pesos (four pesos 70/100 MN). All shipping costs include I.V.A

Mare Blue reserves at all times the right to cancel the user access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the service.

The applicable prices are those displayed in the e-store at the time of purchase.

The prices detailed in the products include I.V.A (Value Added Tax).

Mare Blue reserves at all times the right to make at any time and without notice the modifications it deems appropriate to products and prices depending on Stock and news.

All purchases will be made through Paypal®. and MercadoPago® If the client detects an undue charge on the card used, he must notify Mare Blue by email to the email address on the day he became aware so that Mare Blue can carry out the actions necessary.

All purchases that require billing must enter the electronic address that will appear in the purchase confirmation email, having a period of 5 (five) business days to request it.

The delivery will be made at the address indicated by the client, and may be a different place from your habitual residence. A photocopy of the customer’s official identification must be displayed at the place of delivery upon receipt of the product. Shipments will be made through Red Pack®.

The delivery period is 5 (five) business days from when the payment is processed, although this may vary 1 (one) or 2 (two) days according to the product purchased and the place of delivery of the same.
